Information we process
When you place an order, we store your email address, the purchased collections and their file details, the order amount, payment status, timestamps, and payment reference identifiers. If you contact support, we also process the information you choose to provide.
Technical request information is used to prevent abuse, limit repeated requests, and diagnose delivery or security problems. You do not create a customer profile, and we do not ask you for a password.
Payment & delivery services
PayPal processes payments directly. We do not collect or store your card number or PayPal password. PayPal processes information under its own privacy terms.
Resend handles transactional emails. Our hosting, database, and file storage providers process information necessary to run the service. These providers may process information outside your country, subject to the arrangements and protections applicable to their services.
Cart storage & private links
Your browser stores the product identifiers in your cart and temporary checkout references so you can continue shopping. We do not put your email address or payment details in this browser storage. Remove items from your cart or clear the site data in your browser to remove them.
Essential cookies protect access to your order and downloads. Recovery emails contain private links that expire and can only be used once. Keep those links private.
The store does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Opening PayPal checkout loads PayPal services, which may use cookies and other information under PayPal’s own policies.
We use your order email for purchase confirmations, download access, and necessary service messages. A download recovery request receives the same on-screen response whether or not an order exists, to protect purchase privacy.
Purchase reviews
If you submit a review, your chosen display name, rating, review text, and review date appear publicly. Your email address and order references are not published. Reviews are linked privately to a verified purchase to prevent duplicate or unverified submissions. Use a display name that you are comfortable sharing publicly.
You may edit your review from your private order page or contact support about removal. Reviews may be hidden for abuse, personal information, or other content problems. Reviews from refunded or disputed purchases are excluded from public ratings.
Retention & your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Temporary access credentials expire.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or handle disputes. We may ask for information necessary to verify that a request concerns your own records.
