We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital downloads, except where required by applicable law.
Before you purchase
All collections are digital products. Please review the previews, AI disclosure, image count, file specifications, and license before checking out. Your purchase supports the studio and provides the digital files listed in your order.
Digital files cannot be physically returned. Choosing not to download the files or changing your preferences does not create an additional right to a refund under our store policy.
Delivery and billing problems
Contact support if you were charged twice for the same purchase, cannot access a completed order, received corrupt or missing files, or believe the delivered product materially differs from its description.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, supplying corrected files, or refunding a duplicate charge or an eligible payment.
Your rights
This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to your purchase. It does not restrict claims available under PayPal or your payment provider's applicable rules.

Use the email address on our contact page. Include your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short explanation. Please do not send card numbers or account passwords.

If a payment is refunded
Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal and your payment provider. Fully refunded orders lose download access. If a partial refund or payment review is recorded, access is paused while we review the affected collections. Contact support with your order reference for help.
